Who is Coach Papi?

Born in Mexico, Coach Papi has spent over 14 years helping people unlock their true potential through movement, breathwork, and a deeper understanding of their bodies. His journey began in 2010 with CrossFit, where he discovered his passion for guiding others to become better, not just physically but in all aspects of life.

In 2016, a pivotal moment arrived when he met his mentor—someone who challenged his perspective on fitness, movement, and the connection between body and mind. This experience opened his eyes to a more intentional, purposeful way of training, where breath control and self-awareness play a crucial role in performance and overall well-being.

Driven by a passion for learning and a commitment to his clients, he moved to Dubai in 2018, where he has since dedicated himself to helping people move better, feel stronger, and overcome challenges. His approach goes beyond weight loss or muscle gain; it’s about guiding people to discover their own strength, resilience, and balance in life.
